Do not set "as high as possible" on 32-bit servers

When you set the Java heap size very large, what you are doing is dedicating a large piece of your process address space to the JVM. That address space can't be used for anything else, but Domino uses a lot of shared memory across all processes so it might need more address space than you have left.
